Superior Whitetail Habitats wasn’t started in a boardroom. It was built in the field.

As land specialists with Whitetail Properties, we spent years walking farms with buyers and sellers across Kentucky and Southern Illinois. We heard the same thing over and over from landowners: “I know what I want my property to become… I just don’t know how to get there.”

Whether it was improving wildlife habitat, creating better access, building ponds, clearing land, restoring native ecosystems, or simply making a property more enjoyable for generations to come, there wasn’t a single company that could take a landowner’s vision and bring it to life.

So we built one.

What started as a habitat improvement company has grown into a full-service land stewardship business dedicated to helping landowners maximize the potential of their property while protecting the natural resources that make it special.

Today, our team includes wildlife biologists, forestry professionals, heavy equipment operators, drone pilots, and habitat specialists working together to provide everything from wildlife management plans and forestry consulting to excavation, land clearing, pond construction, trail systems, invasive species control, prescribed habitat work, and conservation planning.
